Call me a Shutterbug.
I just might be a closet camera geek.
At least that is what I judge as someone who camps out in Border’s until closing hyped up on an quad shot americano with four packets of Splenda and a good pour of half-and-half cream reading Shutterbug magazine, cover to cover. That would be me.
While an old-fashion artist at heart, I dig reading about cutting edge technology. Shutterbug became my very first photography magazine I ever purchased and loved. It opened my eyes up to sharp gear reviews while providing a interesting lens into photographer’s perspectives.
I’m giddy beyond belief to be featured in my first nationwide publication, the March 2011 issue of Shutterbug (available Feb 1).
Flip to page 140, where I offer my perspective on how changes in style and technology have shaped the business end of wedding photography… and how social media has changed the game. Images of twelve lucky clients are featured, too!
For the record: I don’t shoot the ‘dip and kiss’ and I only buy Nikon lenses.
