Brotein Weekend

Bro + Protein = Brotein

Not sure the derivative of the formula, but it sure makes for a fun time with my bro, Sean. He flew out for a great Memorial Day weekend in Minneapolis and helped in the garden and in the kitchen. We sweated on the tennis court, on bikes, ran around Lake Harriet, and moshed out a good #WeAreAlpha workout, including nailing a Clean & Jerk PR of 195lbs for extra credit. Willy, too, benefited from the guy time, lobster and steak included. We saw a few movies, dusted off old CD mixes from a decade ago, and indulged in some good wine and cigars on the back patio.
